How to Access the Billing Portal

At our company, we use Stripe for billing. This means that all of our billing information is securely stored and managed through Stripe's platform. In order to access your billing information, you will need to use our billing portal. However, please note that only the account owner is able to access this portal.

The account owner is typically the person who signed up for our service and provided their name and email. This is done to ensure the security of our customers' billing information. If you did not personally sign up for our service with your email, you will not be able to access the billing portal.

If you would like to access the billing portal, you will need to reach out to your account manager. They will be able to update the account owner information for you. Once this change has been made, you should be able to access the billing portal.
