If a registrant's details look incomplete or blank for a moment, it's almost always a short processing delay — not lost data. Here's what's happening.
Why it happens
When someone registers, their information flows through a few steps before everything is filled in and enriched. Once in a while that takes a little longer than usual, so a brand-new registrant may briefly show with some fields blank.
What to do
Give it a little time and refresh — the details usually fill in on their own shortly after sign-up. If a registrant's information is still blank well after they registered, let us know via Chat with us and we'll look into it. Their registration is captured either way, so nothing is lost.
