Why is the lead data blank for this registrant?

Outages with Zapier and or Active Campaign may cause lead data to be incomplete.

If you are seeing blank lead data for a registrant, it may be due to a delay in the automation process. This can happen when either Active Campaign or Zapier experiences a delay in processing the opt-in information.

For example, let's say a person registered for a webinar on 2/17/25. However, when you view their email, you notice some information missing. This is because the automation process was delayed in updating their information.

Unfortunately, these delays can happen from time to time, and there isn't a way to prevent them from happening 100% of the time. Once the automation recovers the lead's data will be updated. This means that any new emails and or SMS that go out to them will have all of the correct information.
