How to Remove a Registrant from Your Seminar Funnel

When a lead cancels their registration, we follow these steps to prevent them from receiving reminders.

If a registrant informs you that they no longer wish to attend your seminar, we can handle the removal process for you. This ensures they no longer receive reminder emails or SMS messages about the event.


How to Request a Registrant Removal

To remove a registrant from your funnel, simply:

Send us a message via Intercom or
Email us with the registrant’s name and email

That’s it! Once we receive your request, we’ll take care of the rest.


What Happens When We Remove a Registrant?

Once we receive your request, we will:

1️⃣ Remove them from Active Campaign – This stops all future emails and SMS reminders.
2️⃣ Update your Seminar Registrants Airtable – We’ll mark them as "Unable to attend" so you have an accurate record in your client portal.


Final Confirmation
