Checking Your Request Status
After submitting a webinar or seminar request, you can verify we received it by checking your client portal calendar. Navigate to the event date and click the event title to view details in a confirmation modal.
Note: You will not receive an email confirmation for webinar or seminar requests.
Understanding Your Request Information
Request ID
Your unique identifier starting with "RID" appears at the top of the confirmation modal.
Request Status
Shows the current state of your submission:
New - Newly submitted request
Updated - Recently edited request
Canceled - Recently canceled request
Change Request In Progress - We're processing your requested changes (date, time, title, presenter, CTA link, budget, or age)
Change Request Completed: Funnel Updated - Your requested changes have been completed
Change Request Completed: Funnel Canceled - Your cancellation request has been completed
Funnel Status
Tracks your funnel's progress through our workflow:
To Do - Request queued for team assignment
Change Request In Progress - Processing funnel modifications
Funnel Started - Team assigned and actively building your funnel
QC Complete Pending Compliance - Funnel setup complete, undergoing quality control review
Compliance Approved Campaign Ready - You've approved the campaign, awaiting activation
QC Complete Campaign Ready - Quality control passed, campaign ready for activation
Campaign Active - Meta campaign is live and running
Campaign Completed - Meta campaign has ended or been deactivated per your request
Funnel Canceled - Cancellation request completed
