Catchlight AI Data Glossary

This glossary explains what each category in Catchlight’s enriched lead data means and how to use it.

Catchlight User ID

  • Unique identifier assigned to each lead in Catchlight.

  • Used internally to link all enriched data to the right record.


Person Match Confidence

  • Indicates Catchlight’s confidence that the enriched data belongs to the correct individual.

  • Ratings: excellent, good, fair, poor.

  • Higher confidence = more reliable data.


Income Range

  • Estimated annual household income.

  • Useful for segmenting leads by earning potential.


Investable Assets

  • Estimate of liquid, investable assets (excludes real estate, business equity).

  • Indicates whether a lead fits your ideal client profile.


Spending Behavior

  • Classification of the lead’s spending habits (e.g., frugal, average, high discretionary).

  • Sometimes blank if insufficient data.


Estimated Home Value

  • Estimated current market value of the prospect’s home.

  • Pulled from property/public record data.


Predicted Investment Expertise

  • Estimate of how financially knowledgeable the lead is.

  • Values: low, medium, high.

  • Helps tailor your communication style.


PQFA Score (Prospect Qualification for Advisors Score)

  • Catchlight’s proprietary score predicting conversion likelihood.

  • Higher = stronger fit and higher chance of becoming a client.


Projected Client Revenue

  • Estimate of potential annual revenue your firm could earn from this client.

  • Based on investable assets and industry fee benchmarks.


Family and Connections Rollup

  • Summary of household/social data, such as:

    • Social Capital Score (influence & connectedness)

    • Children in home

    • Number of grandchildren


Characteristics Rollup

  • High-level descriptors such as Professional, Retired, Pre-Retiree, Highly Educated.

  • Quick way to understand demographic/life stage.


Professional Interests Rollup

  • Hobbies, passions, and lifestyle interests (e.g., Golf, Travel, Gardening, Pets).

  • Helps personalize outreach.


Individual Details Rollup

  • Key personal attributes like age range.

  • Basic demographic context.


Profile Metadata Rollup

  • System-level data reinforcing person match (e.g., Match Confidence).

  • Mainly for verification, not client-facing.


Professional History Rollup

  • Work-related information such as occupation, industry, or role.

  • Useful for targeting based on career or professional background.


Contact Information Rollup

  • Enriched social or professional profile links (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook).

  • Not basic contact details — you already provide name, phone, and email.

  • If blank, Catchlight couldn’t confidently match profiles.


Financial Interests Rollup

  • Categories of financial behaviors or themes (e.g., Estate Planning, Real Estate Investor).

  • Indicates areas where your services may resonate.


Life Events Rollup

  • Detected significant life milestones (e.g., retirement, inheritance, relocation).

  • May be blank if no events are detected.


Interests Sports Rollup

  • Specific sports-related interests (e.g., Golf).

  • A rapport-building detail for outreach.


Big Picture: These categories combine predictive insights (PQFA, Projected Revenue) with enrichment data (Income, Interests, Social Profiles). Together, they help you prioritize leads, personalize communication, and maximize conversion rates.
