These are the most common questions about Demio and how it works within your campaigns. Because we build and run your webinar funnel for you — the registration pages, reminder emails, and replays all live outside Demio — a few things work differently than Demio's own help center describes. How do I log in to Demio to host my webinar?
Your Demio username and password are in your portal under Account → Webinar Login (with an "Open Demio" button). Whoever logs in is the host and starts the session. See Demio Overview for getting into the room.
How do I reset my Demio password?
Please don't change it yourself — we need the login to build and run your funnel, and if it changes without us we can't work on your webinar. Your current login is always shown under Account → Webinar Login; if you're locked out, message your account team.
Where do my registration and confirmation pages come from?
We build them as a custom funnel on your own subdomain — not Demio's default pages — so they match your branding and feed your reminders and lead tracking. To change the registration, confirmation, or thank-you page, request a change or ask your account team.
How do people register, and what link should I share?
Share your funnel's registration link (the page on your subdomain) — in emails, on social media, anywhere. Don't share a raw Demio link; only the funnel link triggers your confirmations, reminders, and lead capture.
Can I change the date or time, or cancel a webinar?
Yes — do it from the portal: open the event on My Requests and click Request a change (or Cancel this request). Don't change the date directly in Demio — it won't update the rest of your funnel (emails, SMS, reminders, and calendar), which we handle for you.
Can I add custom fields to the form, or embed it on my site?
Check with your account team first. Adding custom registration fields or embedding the form directly can break the automations in your funnel — we're happy to set these up the right way.
Does Demio connect to my other tools?
Demio allows one marketing integration, and it's reserved for ActiveCampaign, which powers your webinar funnel — the confirmation and reminder emails and your lead flow. That connection needs to stay in place for everything to work.
What Demio plan am I on?
Your Demio account is on the Growth Plan, which includes automated webinars, custom branding for the webinar room, and integrations.
How many people can attend at once?
Up to 150 attendees can be in the live webinar room at the same time.
How do I see replay views?
For a live webinar, Demio shows who watched the replay (unique and total views). For an automated webinar, the replay is hosted on Vimeo (Demio doesn't send replays for automated events), so those stats come from Vimeo — ask your account team and we'll pull them for you.
