1. Facebook & Instagram Ads
What Happens: Ads are displayed on social platforms to capture interest.
Action: Direct leads to the webinar landing page.
2. Landing Page
What Happens: The landing page invites attendees to register by providing their name and email.
Action: Collect registrant information and trigger the confirmation process.
Tool: Data is sent to ActiveCampaign for further automation.
3. Confirmation Page
What Happens: After registration, attendees are redirected to a confirmation page.
Action: Confirm their spot for the webinar and provide additional details.
Tip: Ensure the page includes key details like webinar date, time, and how to join.
4. Emails and Texts
What Happens: Attendees receive a series of automated emails and text reminders.
Actions:
Welcome Email/Confirmation Email: Sent immediately after registration to confirm their attendance.
Reminder Emails/Texts: Sent at intervals (24 hours, 1 hour, and 15 minutes) before the webinar to remind attendees of the event.
Tool: Emails can be sent using ActiveCampaign or integrated through Demio.
5. Webinar Broadcast
What Happens: The webinar is broadcast via Demio.
Action: Attendees join the live session, with an option to participate in a conversation via the chat.
Tip: Ensure a smooth transition into the webinar platform by testing the links and reminders.
6. Webinar Replay
What Happens: A replay of the webinar is made available for those who missed it.
Action: Provide a link to the replay page in follow-up emails.
Tool: Host the replay on a dedicated page for easy access.
7. Post-Webinar Follow-Up
What Happens: Attendees receive follow-up emails and texts encouraging them to book a consultation.
Actions:
Reminder Emails/Texts: Sent 24 hours after the webinar to encourage action.
Consultation Link: Include a call-to-action (CTA) to schedule a consultation.
Tool: Integrate a scheduling tool (e.g., Calendly) in follow-up emails.
8. Consultation Scheduling
What Happens: Attendees can schedule a consultation.
Action: Collect name, email, and meeting details via an online calendar.
Tool: Use a calendar scheduling tool to facilitate bookings.
