Seminar Funnel Overview

This article will guide you through the steps of our seminar funnel and the corresponding actions that occur at each stage. Below is an illustration of the funnel for reference.

Funnel Stages and Actions:

1. Facebook & Instagram Ads

  • What Happens: Ads on Facebook and Instagram drive traffic to the registration page.

  • Action: Leads who are interested in the seminar are prompted to click the ad and land on the opt-in page.

2. Opt-In Landing Page

  • What Happens: Visitors arrive at the opt-in landing page where they provide their name and email to register for the seminar.

  • Action: Registrants submit their details, which automatically enrolls them in the seminar and initiates follow-up communication.

  • Tool: ActiveCampaign captures registration data.

3. Confirmation Page

  • What Happens: After registration, attendees are redirected to a confirmation landing page that includes seminar details.

  • Action: Confirm their registration and provide important information such as seminar date, time, and location (if in-person) or a link to the webinar room.

  • Tip: Include key event details and easy-to-understand instructions for attending the seminar.

4. Emails and Text Messages

  • What Happens: After registration, attendees will receive a series of automated communications to remind them of the upcoming seminar.

  • Actions:

    • Confirmation Email and Text: Sent immediately after registration to confirm attendance.

    • Reminder Emails/Texts: Sent at various intervals (3 days prior, 24 hours prior, and the day of the seminar) to remind attendees of the event.

    • Call Confirmation: A phone call may be made 24 hours prior to ensure attendance.

  • Tool: ActiveCampaign or similar platforms are used to schedule and send these emails and texts.

5. Day of the Seminar

  • What Happens: On the day of the seminar, a final reminder email and text are sent.

  • Action: Encourage attendees to join the seminar and provide any necessary links or directions.

  • Tip: Ensure that final reminders contain clear instructions for joining, whether in-person or online.

This funnel is designed to nurture leads from the initial registration through to the day of the seminar, using multiple forms of communication (emails, texts, and phone calls) to ensure attendees are engaged and reminded. If you have further questions, feel free to reach out via the chat.
