To make sure your request reaches the right person quickly, here's how to get in touch with our team.

Fastest: Chat with us

Click the Chat with us button at the top of your client portal, or open the Help page. Your message goes straight to your account team, and you'll usually get a quick first reply.

Email

You can also email us at [email protected]. Please use this shared inbox rather than emailing team members at their individual addresses — it routes your request to the right person and keeps everything in one place, so nothing gets delayed or lost when someone's out of office.

For urgent matters, call us at 214-393-1820.

Support hours

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central. If you reach out after hours, leave a message and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
