Need to change the call-to-action (CTA) link your webinar points to — the booking or landing-page link registrants click? Send us a change request and we'll update it everywhere it appears.
Please don't change it in Demio yourself
The CTA link lives in more than one place. Beyond Demio, it's also used in your confirmation and reminder emails, SMS reminders, and automated follow-ups. If it's only changed in Demio, registrants will still get the old link in their emails and texts. Sending a change request lets us update it across the whole funnel at once and test that everything points to the right place.
How to request the change
On My Requests, open the event, click Request a change, and update the CTA Link field with the new link — every detail shows right on the form. Click Submit changes and we'll take it from there. Prefer to just tell us? Use the Request something else box at the bottom and paste the new link along with the webinar name. See Requesting a Change to an Event for the full walkthrough.
