How to Remove a Registrant/Attendee from Your Seminar or Webinar Notifications

When a lead cancels their registration, you can request that they be unsubscribed from further notifications.

Log into the client portal and navigate to the leads page.

Step 2: Search for the lead you want to remove with the search bar. Once the lead has been found, click to open the panel to view the lead. Scroll the table to the far left to see the unsubscribe button.

Step 3: Click the unsubscribe button and that will notify us to remove the lead for any current automation they are in. This will change the button from red to grey.
