Registration Outcome is an optional feature for dinner seminars that helps you fill the room with the right guests — only registrants who meet your Catchlight asset criteria are confirmed, while everyone else receives a polite declination. Because it's powered by Catchlight, it's available to firms with Catchlight enabled.
How it works
You tell us the asset criteria you'd like to invite (for example, a minimum level of investable assets), and we set up the automation behind your registration form:
Qualified registrants — people who meet your criteria get a confirmation email and text, saving their seat.
Everyone else — registrants who don't meet the criteria get a courteous declination email and text, so they're not expecting to attend.
This keeps your dinner focused on the prospects you most want in the room, without you having to screen sign-ups by hand.
Seeing the results in your portal
When this feature is on, your My Leads page shows a Registration Outcome column for the event:
Confirmed — the registrant qualified and was sent a confirmation.
Declined — the registrant didn't meet the criteria and was sent a declination.
Pending — the outcome is still being decided. It's determined shortly after someone signs up, so a brand-new registration may show Pending for a little while.
