What's New in Your Updated Portal

What's changed in the updated portal, and where to find things.

We've upgraded your client portal with a cleaner design and several new features. Everything you relied on is still here — a few things have just moved. Here's a quick orientation.

Signing in

You'll sign in the same way, with your same email. If you've forgotten your password, use Forgot your password? on the login screen to reset it.

Your information is all here

Your past requests, events, and leads have carried over — you'll find them on My Requests and My Leads.

A few things moved

  • Account, Company, and Billing now live under your name in the bottom-left corner, instead of the top menu.

  • Calendar is part of My Requests — switch to the calendar view there.

  • New Request is now a button on the My Requests page (top-right), rather than a separate menu item.

What's new

  • Proofs — review and approve your campaigns right in the portal.

  • Analytics — see how your events and ads are performing.

  • Messages — text two-way with your leads.

  • Change history — every edit to a request is recorded, so there's always a clear trail.
