What's New in Your Updated Portal

A quick roadmap of everything new in your portal — and where to do things now, with links to short how-tos.

Written by Chris Ross

We've rebuilt your client portal — a cleaner design, and a lot more you can do yourself. Here's a quick roadmap of what's new and where to do things now. Each item links to a short how-to.

Important: request changes in the portal, not by email

Any change to a specific event now goes through Request a change on that request. The form covers just about every kind of change we could think of — date, time, budget, copy, landing page, webinar video, and more — and if something's missing, tell us and we'll add it. Handling changes in the portal gives everyone a clear record of who asked for what and when, so nothing gets miscommunicated or missed. (For a quick question, Chat with us is always there.)

New: automated attendee RSVPs (especially for in-person events)

Your 24-hour reminder email and text now include a link registrants tap to tell us whether they'll attend. Their answers appear on your My Leads page in a new RSVP column — Confirmed (they're planning to come), Declined (they're not), or Pending (no response yet; the status lands shortly after they reply). It's an easy way to see who's actually planning to show up. See RSVP Reminders and the RSVP Column.

Already send your own confirmations? If your team runs its own RSVP or confirmation messages, just let us know — we'll turn this off so you're not double-confirming and stepping on each other's toes.

Using Catchlight for dinner seminars? We can also turn on asset filtering so only registrants who meet your investable-asset criteria are confirmed (everyone else gets a polite declination) — and you'll see who was Confirmed vs. Declined right in that RSVP column. See Registration Outcome.

The biggest wins

  • See who attended — automatically — attendance now syncs to each webinar on its own. Log in and see who attended, who didn't, and who left early, without having to log into Demio.

  • Request changes yourself — one form to change a date, budget, copy, landing page, or webinar video, right from My Requests.

  • Recurring requests — set up a repeating series once instead of submitting each date. (Something many of you have asked for.)

  • Your Ad Library — view, copy, and download the ad copy and creatives approved for you — and request removal of anything you no longer want us running.

  • Creative & venue performance — in Analytics → Events, see which creatives and which venues perform, including cost-per-lead by venue.

  • Two-way texting — reply to your leads by SMS right from Messages.
