How To Copy A Request

This guide will walk you through copying an existing seminar or webinar request to run the same event again.

Getting Started

  1. Log into the client portal

  2. Click Copy Request in the left navigation menu


Submission Deadlines

  • Webinar requests: Must be submitted 14 days in advance of your event date

  • Seminar requests: Must be submitted 21 days in advance of your event date


Finding Your Event to Copy

At the top of the page, you'll see a table of all your prior requests.

Search Options:

  • Use the search bar to search by title, presenter, or venue

  • Filter by Topic using the dropdown

  • Filter by Event Type using the dropdown

Browse the table to find the event you want to run again.


What Gets Copied

When you copy a request, all details are copied automatically, including:

  • Topic

  • Title

  • Presenter

  • Venue (for seminars)

  • Webinar type (live or automated)

  • Age range targeting

  • Meta budget

You only need to provide a new date and time.


Submitting Your Copy Request

1. Note the Request ID Find the Request ID in the table (first column) for the event you want to copy.

2. Select the Request ID In the form below the table, select your Request ID from the dropdown.

3. Choose New Date and Time

  • Date: Select your new event date

  • Time: Select your new event start time

4. Submit Click the Submit button.


What Happens Next

Once submitted, your copied request will be processed by our team. You'll receive a confirmation, and you can track the status on the calendar.
