How To Cancel An Event

This guide will walk you through canceling a seminar or webinar request.

Getting Started

  1. Log into the client portal

  2. Click Calendar in the left navigation menu


Canceling Your Event

1. Locate Your Event Find the event you want to cancel on the calendar.

2. Open Event Details Click on the event title on the calendar. A details panel will open on the right side of the screen.

3. Scroll to Cancel Button Scroll down to the bottom of the details panel and click the Cancel Request button.

4. Complete Cancellation A modal will pop up:

  • Change the Status dropdown to "Canceled"

  • Enter a reason for cancellation in the text field

  • Click Save


What Happens Next

Once you click Save, an email confirmation will be sent to your email address confirming that the event has been canceled.
