Client Portal Views
The client portal offers two different views for managing and accessing your leads. These views allow you to easily search, filter, and download your leads for your campaigns. In this article, we will go over the two views and how to use them to effectively manage your leads.
Viewing and Downloading Leads
The first view available in the client portal is for viewing and downloading your leads. This view allows you to search for your leads by name, email, phone number, webinar date, or seminar date. To access this view, simply click on the "Leads" tab in the client portal.
To export your leads, you will need to set your search or filter parameters first. Once you have set your desired parameters, click on the "Export" button. This will download a CSV file containing all of the leads that match your search criteria.
If you want to view the details of a specific lead, simply click on the "Open" button next to their name. This will bring up a detailed view of the lead's information, including their contact details and any other relevant information.
Seminar and Webinar Leads
The second view available in the client portal is specifically for seminar and webinar leads. This view is read-only, meaning you cannot make any changes to the leads listed here. However, you can still download the entire dataset of leads from this view.
In this view, you can see the number of leads that have signed up for each seminar and webinar date. This information is displayed as a summary in the upper left corner of the view for any given date. You can also filter and sort this list by any column seen on the Airtable.
To download the entire dataset of leads from this view, simply click on the "Download CSV" button in the lower right corner of the Airtable. This will download a CSV file containing all of the leads listed in this view.
Using the Views Together
It is important to note that the first view, "Leads," is for general lead management and exporting based on search criteria. If you want to download your leads based on a specific search criteria, use this view to export after you have set your desired parameters.
The second view, "Seminar and Webinar Leads," is specifically for managing and downloading leads for seminars and webinars. This view is useful for getting a quick overview of the number of leads for each event and downloading the entire dataset of leads for these events.
