Getting Started
Log into the client portal
Click Leads in the left navigation menu
Searching and Filtering Your Leads
Search Bar You can search for leads by:
Name
Email
Phone number
Event date
Event title
Date Range Use the From and To date pickers to search for leads within a specific date range. Click the Search button to apply your date range.
Filters Use the filter dropdowns to narrow your results:
Event Type: Filter by webinar or seminar
Topic: Filter by event topic
Investable Assets: Filter leads by asset range (when available)
After setting your filters, click the Search button.
To clear all search criteria and filters, click the Clear button.
Understanding Lead Groups
Leads are organized into groups by event date and type.
Each group shows:
Event type (Webinar or Seminar)
Event date
Event title
Number of leads in that group (displayed as a badge)
Example: "Webinar 12/18/25" with a badge showing "2" means there are 2 leads who registered for that webinar.
Sorting Your Leads
Click on any column header to sort the lead table by that field (name, email, phone, etc.).
Exporting Your Leads
Export a Single Event Group Click the Export button next to a specific event group to download only the leads from that event.
Export All Leads Click the Export All Leads button at the top right to export leads based on your current search and filter settings:
With search/filters applied: Only matching leads will be exported
Without search/filters: All leads will be exported
Your export will download as a CSV file.
