Step 1: Click here to go to your events manager.
Step 2: Click on "datasets".
Step 3: Locate the dataset that is connected to your ad account and click on it.
Step 4: Click on "settings".
Step 5: Scroll down to "set up direct integration" and then click on "generate access token".
If the "generate access token" button is greyed out, go to https://business.facebook.com/latest/settings/business_info and make sure you have an email listed for your profile.
Step 6: Click the dropdown to select a dataset and select the one that is connected to your ad account.
Step 7: Click "generate access token".
Step 8: Copy the access token.
