The Final Compliance Review contains your complete campaign funnel:
Landing page - the webinar registration page prospects see after clicking your ad.
Confirmation page - the page prospects see after registering, confirming a registration email is on the way.
Ads - typically 3 variations, each shown exactly as it will appear in the Facebook feed.
You'll need to make a decision on every item before the review is complete. A progress counter at the top of the page tracks how many items you've reviewed.
For each item, you have three options:
Approve - Click this button if the item is ready to run as-is.
Request Changes - Click this button if you want adjustments made to this specific item. A comment box will appear so you can describe what you'd like changed. Your notes auto-save as you type.
Reject - Click this button if you want us to provide an entirely different version. A comment box will appear so you can describe the direction you'd prefer.
Shortcut: Approve All Remaining
If everything looks good, click the Approve All Remaining button at the top of the page to approve every item you haven't reviewed yet in one action. Items you've already marked (whether approved, request changes, or rejected) will keep their existing decisions.
Step 1: Click the "Review & Approve" button in the email you received to open the review.
Step 2: Review each of the landing pages. For each variation, you have three actions:
Approve. Lock in this variation.
Request Changes. Tell us what changes are needed for each landing page. A comment panel will open so you can share what direction you'd prefer.
Reject. Tell us to start over with new variation. A comment panel will open so you can share what direction you'd prefer.
Step 3: Review each variation of the ads. For each variation, you have three actions:
Approve. Lock in this variation.
Request Changes. Indicate if the changes are needed for the ad copy, creative or both. Tell us what changes are needed for each item. A comment panel will open so you can share what direction you'd prefer.
Reject. Tell us to start over with new variation. Indicate if the rejection is for the ad copy, creative or both. We will notate that asset so that it is not used again. A comment panel will open so you can share what direction you'd prefer.
