How to Approve, Reject, or Request Revisions For Final Compliance Review

Follow the steps in this article to review proofs for your campaign in order to launch your ad campaign.

Written by Chris Ross

The Final Compliance Review shows your complete campaign funnel, assembled and ready to launch:

  • Landing page — the registration page prospects see after clicking your ad.

  • Confirmation page — the page prospects see after registering (when your funnel uses one).

  • Ads — typically 3 variations, each shown exactly as it will appear in the Facebook feed, with copy and creative combined.

A progress counter at the top tracks how many items you've reviewed, and you'll need a decision on every item before the review is complete.

Step 1 — Open the review. Click Review & Approve in the email we sent (or open it from the Proofs hub in your portal).

Step 2 — Review the landing page (and confirmation page). For each, choose:

  • Approve — ready to run as-is.

  • Request Changes — you want adjustments. A comment box opens (notes auto-save) so you can describe what to change.

  • Reject — start over with a different version; you'll be asked to confirm. A comment box opens for the direction you'd prefer.

Step 3 — Review each ad. The options are the same — Approve / Request Changes / Reject. On Request Changes or Reject, you can note whether it's the ad copy, the creative, or both, and add a comment. A rejected asset is set aside so we don't use it again.

Tip — Approve All Remaining. If everything looks good, click Approve All Remaining at the top to approve every item you haven't reviewed yet in one step. Anything you've already marked — Approve, Request Changes, or Reject — keeps its existing decision.

Note: you can't edit ad-copy text at this stage (that's only at Pre-Compliance Review) — the copy is already built into the finished mockup, so send any wording changes through Request Changes and we'll send back an updated mockup. Once you give final approval, the campaign goes live in Meta.
