Why isn't the data from the opt-in form showing in Demio?

This explains why data may be missing in Demio and how we can fix it.

When someone registers through your opt-in form, their details are captured and synced into Demio so everything lives in one place. Once in a while a registration doesn't appear in Demio right away, or some fields come through blank — here's what's going on and what we do about it.

Usually it's just a short delay

Registrations sync between systems within a few minutes, so a brand-new sign-up may take a moment to show up in Demio. If you just saw the registration come in, give it a little time and refresh.

If it's still missing, or fields are blank

If a registrant doesn't appear in Demio after that — or their info is incomplete — the form fields may not be mapping across correctly. Either way, their data is safely captured on our side. Just let us know and we'll fix the mapping so future registrations flow through cleanly, and if the event hasn't happened yet, we can push the missing registrants into Demio for you.
