Why isn't the data from the opt-in form showing in Demio?

This explains why data may be missing in Demio and how we can fix it.

When leads opt into your funnel, we capture their data in ActiveCampaign and transfer it to Demio through a Zap. This ensures your lead data is properly stored and accessible in one place. However, if form responses weren’t mapped correctly, the data won’t appear in Demio.

No need to worry—while the data may not be visible in Demio, it’s securely stored in ActiveCampaign. We can update the mapping so that all future data flows correctly into Demio. If your webinar hasn’t ended yet, we can also push the missing data into Demio.

How We Update Your Mapping

If form responses weren’t mapped, we’ll update the settings so that future lead data is correctly transferred to Demio. Once updated, all new data will appear as expected in your account.

Updating Demio with Missing Data

If your webinar is still upcoming, we can also import the missing data into Demio manually. Once this process is complete, the missing information will be reflected in your Demio account.
