How to Find a Link to Your Landing Page or Funnel

Written by Chris Ross

Where to Find Your Link

Step 1: Open the Calendar in the client portal.

Log into your account and head to the Calendar view.

Step 2: Click the request for your event.

This opens the request details page for that specific funnel.

Step 3: Find the "Landing Page URL" field.

The link lives in this field on the request details page. Copy it from there to share or use for whatever you need.

When Your Link Will Be Available

Whether your link is ready depends on the Request Type, shown at the top of the request details page.

Request Type: Update

The request is for a funnel that already exists in our system. The link should be available within 1 hour of the request being submitted.

Request Type: New

The request is for a funnel that doesn't exist yet and needs to be built from scratch. The link won't be available until the funnel has been assigned and built. To track this, check the Funnel Status field on the request, explained below. Once the status moves to Funnel Started, the link should appear within 48 hours.

Understanding Funnel Status

The Funnel Status field on the request details page tells you exactly where your funnel is in our process. Depending on whether your request requires compliance approval, your funnel will move through a slightly different path before going live.

  • To Do — The request is in our queue and hasn't been assigned to a builder yet.

  • Funnel Started — The request has been assigned to our team and is being built. Your landing page link should appear within 48 hours of this status change.

  • QC Complete Pending Compliance — The funnel has been built and QC has verified everything matches the request. This request requires your approval, and we're now waiting for you to review and sign off on the ads and landing page.

  • Compliance Approved Campaign Ready — You've approved the ads and landing pages. We're waiting on the launch date to turn the campaign on.

  • QC Complete Campaign Ready — The funnel has been built and QC has verified it. This request doesn't require compliance approval, so we're waiting on the launch date to turn the campaign on.

  • Campaign Active — The ad campaign is actively running for this request.

  • Campaign Completed — The campaign has ended for this request.

  • Funnel Canceled — The request has been canceled.

Build and Launch Timelines

Two separate timelines determine when things happen for your event.

Build Assignment (when we start building your funnel):

  • Seminars: 21 days before the event

  • Webinars: 14 days before the event

Campaign Launch (when your ads go live):

  • Seminars: 14 days before the event

  • Webinars: 7 days before the event

If your event is further out than the build assignment window, the funnel hasn't been built yet and the link won't be visible. If you need a funnel assigned earlier than the standard window, reach out and we'll see what we can do.

What If the Link Isn't There?

If your Request Type is Update and the link isn't visible after an hour, or your funnel status has moved to Funnel Startedand the link isn't visible after 48 hours, reach out to our team. We'll either update the missing link or let you know what's going on.

A Note About Your Live Campaigns

Your live ad campaigns don't depend on the landing page link being visible in the portal. The portal link is there for your reference, sharing, or marketing use. The ads route leads to the correct landing page directly, so a missing portal link doesn't mean leads can't sign up for your event.
