Need to tweak an event after you've requested it? You can ask for a change in a few clicks from the My Requests page — whether it's a quick detail edit, a new video, or something more open-ended.
Where to find this: open My Requests in the left sidebar, click the event you want to change, then click Request a change in the top-right. There's no separate "change request" section or button anywhere else in the portal.
Open the request and edit any detail
On My Requests, click the event you want to change to open its detail panel, then click Request a change in the top-right. The form opens with every detail of your event already filled in — there's nothing to pick first, you just edit what you need:
Title, topic, and format (webinar or seminar type)
Date and time — and for seminars, the venue name and address
Target age and ad budget
Presenter and presenter bio — and for webinars, your CTA link
Your three talking points, food & drinks (seminars), and a Comments box for anything else
Change whatever you need and click Submit changes at the bottom. Only the fields you actually change are sent to us, so you can update one thing or several at once.
Changing a recurring series
If the event is part of a recurring series (you'll see a Series tag on it), the form adds an "Apply your changes to" choice:
Just this event — your change applies to this date only.
This event and all future events in this series — applies to this date and every upcoming date. Past events are never affected, and the exact dates it covers are listed right below.
Each event always keeps its own date, so choosing "all future events" won't move them onto the same day — but other updates (like a new time, budget, or presenter) carry across every upcoming event in the series.
Switching to automated, or changing your webinar video
An automated webinar plays a pre-recorded video on a schedule, with your on-screen pop-ups (calls-to-action) timed to appear during it. There are two places this comes up in the form, and both lead to the same short set of questions:
Switching a live webinar to automated — change the Webinar Type field to Automated Webinar.
Changing the video on an already-automated webinar — check the green Update the webinar video box just under the Webinar Type.
Either way, you'll be asked where the video should come from:
Yes — a past Demio live webinar — paste the Demio event link for the live session you'd like to reuse. Log into Demio, open that event, and copy the event link (not the video link). You'll also be asked whether to reuse the same polls, handouts, and CTAs from that webinar.
No — a different video — paste a public link to the video (Dropbox, Google Drive, Vimeo…), set so anyone with the link can download it. Webinar videos are too large to upload through the browser, so we ask for a link instead.
Then add the timestamps for your on-screen items so we can place them correctly: polls and handouts are optional, and at least one CTA (name + timestamp) is required. It helps to watch the recording first so your timestamps are accurate.
When you submit, we'll set up your automated webinar with the right video and pop-ups.
Requesting something else
At the bottom of the form there's a Request something else box. Use it for anything the fields above don't cover — creative or copy edits, a new ad image or video, a special instruction, or a quick question. Describe it in your own words and attach any files (images, video, PDFs); if a file is too large to upload, paste a link instead. It's sent to your team along with any detail changes you made above.
Common changes clients ask for
Budget — raise or lower your ad spend (e.g. "lower this webinar's budget from $1,000 to $750").
Date, time, or venue — move the event or fix a venue.
Copy and landing page — fix a date, swap wording, or update a bio or disclaimer (use Request something else).
Creative or webinar video — swap an ad photo or thumbnail, or send a new webinar recording (paste a public link for large videos).
Pause or cancel — see Pausing, Capping, or Canceling a Campaign.

Your request goes straight to our team — nothing changes automatically until we've reviewed it. You'll get a confirmation, and the change is recorded in the request's history. For anything urgent, use Chat with us.
