Requesting a Change to an Event

How to edit an event or ask our team for any other change to a campaign.

Written by Chris Ross

Need to tweak an event after you've requested it? You can ask for a change in a few clicks from the My Requests page — whether it's a quick detail edit or something more open-ended.

Open the request

On My Requests, click the event you want to change to open its detail panel, then click Request a change in the top-right.

Edit the details, or ask for something else

The change form has two parts:

  • Update the event details — adjust the title, topic, date and time, budget, talking points, presenter, and more, then click Save these details. Add a note to our team if there's anything we should know.

  • Request something else — for anything the fields don't cover (creative or copy edits, a new image or video, pausing your ads), describe it in your own words, attach any files, and click Send request.

Common changes clients ask for

  • Budget — raise or lower your ad spend (e.g. "lower this webinar's budget from $1,000 to $750").

  • Date, time, or venue — move the event or fix a venue.

  • Copy and landing page — fix a date, swap wording, or update a bio or disclaimer.

  • Creative or video — swap a photo, change a thumbnail, or send a new recording (attach the file, or paste a link if it's large).

  • Pause or cancel — see "Pausing, Capping, or Canceling a Campaign."

What happens next

Your request goes straight to our team — nothing changes automatically until we've reviewed it. You'll get a confirmation, and the change is recorded in the request's history. For anything urgent, use Chat with us.
