Campaign Statuses and Timelines

What each request status means and how long campaigns take.

Written by Chris Ross

Each request on your My Requests page shows a status so you always know where it stands. Here's what each one means.

What the statuses mean

  • To Do — received and queued; we'll start building it soon.

  • In Progress — our team is actively building your campaign.

  • In Review — built and going through our quality and compliance checks.

  • Change in Progress — we're applying a change you requested.

  • Scheduled — approved and set to launch on your event's timeline.

  • Live — your ads are running and leads are coming in.

  • Completed — the event has passed and the campaign has wrapped.

How much notice do you need?

To give us time to build your campaign, get your approval, and launch, aim to submit:

  • Webinars — about 2 weeks ahead (14 days is ideal).

  • Seminars — about 3 weeks ahead (21 days is ideal).

Here's why the lead time matters: we take about 5 business days to build your campaign, then run your ads to fill the event — usually 5–7 days before a webinar and 10–14 days before a seminar.

Need something sooner? We can often work with a tighter turnaround — roughly 10 days for a webinar or 17 for a seminar, and a little less when you're reusing a past setup. The request form will tell you right away if a date is too soon.

What to expect

After you submit, we build your landing pages and ads and send them to you in Proofs to review. Once you approve, we launch — and your leads start flowing into My Leads.
