Need to stop the automated emails and texts going to a registrant — someone who asked to opt out, a duplicate, or a sign-up that shouldn't be there? On most accounts you can do this yourself, right from the My Leads page.
Unsubscribe a registrant from your automations
1. Find the person on My Leads. Open My Leads and search by name, email, phone, or event — or use the filters (webinar/seminar, topic, date). Click the event to expand its registrants.
2. Open their detail. Click the registrant's row to open their full detail panel.
3. Click Unsubscribe from automations. At the bottom of the panel, click Unsubscribe from automations and confirm. They're removed from your active automations right away and will stop receiving your automated emails and texts.
Once it's done, the button shows "✓ Removed from [number] automations," and that person carries an "Unsubscribe requested" tag on My Leads so you can see it's been handled.
Don't see the button, or is it greyed out?
Automated removal isn't connected for your account yet. Just send us the person's name (and the event) with Chat with us and we'll take care of it for you.
Block a repeat or unwanted registrant
Unsubscribing stops outreach to someone, but it doesn't stop them from signing up again. If someone keeps registering and taking a seat, let us know who with Chat with us and we'll do our best to keep them from registering for future events.
A couple of things to know
Anyone can also reply STOP to one of your texts to opt out of SMS automatically.
