Ran a live webinar in Demio and want a copy of the recording? You can download it straight from your Demio account in a few clicks. Here's how.
Before you start
Log into your Demio account. Your Demio login lives in your client portal under Account → Webinar Login — or just ask us if you need it. A recording is ready a little while after the live event ends and finishes processing, so if you've just wrapped up, give it a few minutes.
Step 1 — Open your past events
On the Schedule tab, open the filter dropdown at the top left (it starts on All Upcoming) and choose All Past.
Step 2 — Open the webinar
Your past sessions appear as cards, each showing its attendance stats. Find the webinar you want and click its title to open it.
Step 3 — Go to the Past Session tab
On the event page, click the 1 Past Session tab (next to Upcoming Sessions).
Step 4 — Download the recording
On the session row, click the green drop-down arrow (the ▾ button) on the right, then choose Download Recording. Your video saves to your device.
Good to know
This is for the live webinars you ran in Demio. For an automated webinar, the video is the pre-recorded file we set up for you — if you'd like a copy of that, just ask us with Chat with us.
Downloading is just for your own copy — it doesn't change anything about your event or its replay page.
