Knowing who showed up is only half the picture. The more useful question is usually: did they stay, were they actually paying attention, and did anyone act on your call to action?
That all lives in one place in Demio, and it's easy to miss if you don't know it's there.
Where to find it
In Demio, open the event and go to the Activity tab. You also land here automatically the moment you end a session — it's the dashboard Demio drops you into once the webinar is over.
What's on it
What you'll see | What it tells you |
Registrations over time | How sign-ups built in the run-up to the event. |
Who attended and who missed | The headline attendance split. |
Engagement graph | Average time attended and average time focused — the two numbers that answer "was I holding them?" |
Resource results | Poll answers, handout downloads, and CTA clicks, each broken out separately — with an Export CSV on each so you can pull them straight into your CRM. |
Attended vs. focused — the important distinction
These two look similar and mean quite different things.
Time attended is how long they were in the room.
Time focused is how long your webinar was actually the window they were looking at. If someone joins and then goes off to their email in another tab, that time still counts as attended — but not as focused.
So a big gap between the two usually means people stayed connected but drifted off, rather than left.
How to read it
Compare average time attended to how long the webinar actually ran. If you presented for 45 minutes and the average is 15, you're losing people early — that usually points at the opening rather than the content.
If time focused is well below time attended, your audience is multitasking. That's often a pacing problem, and it's where a well-placed poll earns its keep — it gives people a reason to click back in.
Compare CTA clicks to attendees. That ratio is the clearest signal of whether the ask actually landed — and remember you get three chances to launch it. See Running Your Live Webinar.
Per-person detail
The Activity dashboard gives you the totals and averages. For the individual list — every registrant with their attended status, plus who watched the replay — use the People tab. See Seeing Who Attended and Who Watched the Replay.
A couple of limits worth knowing
Demio gives you averages plus per-person attendance — not a minute-by-minute chart of exactly when each person dropped off. If there's a specific cut of the data you want, ask us and we'll pull it.
The automated webinar replay page has no tracking at all — it's a static page, so there's nothing to report on. See Sharing Your Webinar Replay.
Want a report put together rather than digging through it yourself? Message us in the chat with the event and what you're trying to work out, and we'll send it over.
