Your webinar room comes pre-loaded. Before your session, we set up three actions for you: a poll, a handout, and your call to action. You don't have to build any of them — you just launch them at the right moments during the webinar.
This is the part clients most often skip, and it's where most of your bookings come from.
Finding what's loaded
In the lower-right corner of the webinar room you'll see a plus icon with a number next to it. That number is how many actions are ready to share.
Click the plus and they're all listed — your polls, your handouts, and your featured action. The featured action is your call to action: the button that sends attendees straight to your calendar to book a call. Of the three, it's the one that matters most.
Going live
Click your webinar name in the top-left corner and choose Start Session. After a short countdown you're live, and anyone waiting can see you.
⚠️ Recording starts the moment you start the session. Anything said from that point on is captured and will appear on the replay — so keep side conversations off-mic until you're sure you're ready.
Launching each one
All three work the same way: open the action, then click Share Now.
Action | What attendees see |
Poll | A button to vote. You watch the results come in live as they answer. |
Handout | It opens in a new window they can download. |
Call to action | A button appears in their lower-left corner and stays pinned there for the rest of the session — so they can come back to it any time. |
⚠️ The one thing to know about your CTA
The call-to-action pop-up appears once each time you launch it, and it cannot be relaunched. Once it's fired, that's it.
That's why we load three identical CTAs into your room. It isn't a mistake — it's so you can share the same call to action at three natural moments:
Near the start, so people know it's there.
In the middle, right after a point that lands well.
At the end, as your closing ask.
If you only launch one, you've used a third of your opportunities. Use all three.
A tip on chat
We usually set chat to private, which means messages come only to you rather than to the whole room. It's the safer default — if someone posts something odd or off-topic, no one else sees it. You can switch it to public any time during the session if you'd rather have an open conversation.
Seeing how it landed
After the session, your results break each resource out separately — poll answers, handout downloads, and CTA clicks — and each one has an Export CSV button, so you can pull the data straight into your CRM.
Want different polls, handouts, or CTAs?
Because we load your room for you, changes come through us. Send a change request with what you'd like — a new poll question, a different handout file, or a new CTA link — and we'll update the room before your next session. See Requesting a Change to an Event.
Running an automated webinar instead? You don't launch anything by hand — the polls, handouts, and CTAs fire automatically at the timestamps you gave us when the webinar was built.
