What you'll receive
When your campaign is ready, we'll send you an email with a secure link to your review. It contains:
Landing page. The webinar registration page prospects see after clicking your ad.
Confirmation page. The page prospects see after registering, confirming a registration email is on the way.
Ads. Each ad shown exactly as it will appear in the Facebook feed, with copy and creative combined.
Because you've already signed off on the ad copy and creatives individually at Pre-Compliance Review, this stage is usually quick. You're confirming that everything is assembled correctly and ready to launch.
How to review
Open the review from the link in the email (or from the Proofs hub in your portal). A progress bar tracks how many items you've reviewed, and you'll need a decision on every item (landing page, confirmation page, and each ad) before the review is complete. For step-by-step instructions, see How to Approve, Reject, or Request Revisions For Final Compliance Review.
For each item, you have three options:
Approve. The item is ready to run as-is.
Request Changes. You want adjustments made to this specific item. A comment box opens where you can describe what you'd like changed (notes auto-save). On an ad, you can note whether the change is to the copy, the creative, or both.
Reject. You want us to start over with an entirely different version; you'll be asked to confirm. A comment box opens so you can describe the direction you'd prefer.
The Approve All Remaining shortcut
If everything looks good, click Approve All Remaining at the top of the page to approve every item you haven't reviewed yet in one step. Anything you've already marked — Approve, Request Changes, or Reject — keeps its existing decision.
Why you can't edit text at this stage
Inline ad copy editing is only available at Pre-Compliance Review. At this stage, the copy is already built into the finished mockup, so any changes you want to make should be left as comments through Request Changes. We'll handle the revisions and send you an updated mockup for approval.
What happens after you approve
Once you give final approval, the campaign goes live in Meta. No further review cycles needed.
