The Proofs hub is where you review and approve your campaigns inside the portal — and keep a record of everything you've approved.
Two kinds of review
Pre-Compliance — review your ad copy and creative early, before anything is finalized.
Final Proofs — give the final sign-off on the finished campaign (landing page, confirmation page, and ads).
Anything waiting on you appears under Needs your review; once you've approved it, it moves to History so you always have a record of what was approved and when.
How to review
Click an item to open the review, then approve, request changes, or reject each piece. For the step-by-step on making those decisions, see Approving Pre-Compliance and Approving the Final Compliance Review.
Re-open or download an approved proof
Need to look back at something you already approved? Open the History section and click the proof — it re-opens read-only, and you can save a copy with the Download Proof (PDF) button. (The approval link in your original email closes once you've approved, so the portal's History is where to find it again.)
