Signing in
Go to your portal and enter the email and password for your account. Your email is the one we set your account up with.
Forgot your password?
On the login screen, click Forgot your password?, enter your email, and we'll send you a reset link. Open it, choose a new password, and you're back in. (The link is good for a short time — if it expires, just request another.)
Changing your password
Already signed in? You can change your password anytime under your name (bottom-left) → My Profile.
Your invite link expired
If you're a new user and your invitation link has expired, open it and choose Email me a new link — we'll send a fresh one to the same address. If the link says it is expired even after you requested another one, request another new link and then copy and paste the reset token that appears below the button into your browser and that should solve your issue.
